KITT vs KARR, originally the solo project by Tanner Royster (Esperanto, The Mighty Rime), was reborn in late 2016 after a collaboration with Jason Mathews (The Lavellas, The Rosen Association) which spawned a handful of newly-styled space rock/dream pop ideas. Joined by Henry Hopp (Dropping Heavy Objects) and Auguste Watts (Sub-City Culture) the new ideas matured into what became KITT vs KARR's latest EP release titled "Clouds".

like listening to The Church better stuff nowadays and being marvellously happy about it (shush, I am NOT living in the past!). totally enjoyable album - capturing that sweet melancholy without being gloomy and without sounding dated. I would totally suggest it to those who like The Church of Starfish days, Comsat Angels of 7-day weekend days (maybe some people wouldn't agree with comparison to those bands of old), Wild Nothing and other modern stuff like DIIV, A Place To Bury Strangers etc. tiptoetan
